Villa Gomila is a holiday home situated in the town of Sa Pobla. A rural village in the north of Majorca full of authenticity and rural character. The area has grown successful farming community from the fertile land. Around the town main square in the heart of the old quarter you can find a number of shops, local bars and restaurants, there is also a one of the largest toy museum in Europe with more than 3000 antic toys. Situated in open fields just 2 km from the village of Sa Pobla and 8 km from Alcudia and 12 km from Pollensa, this farm house has been restored and renovated to provide a comfortable holiday home. It has a lovely garden area and a large swimming pool and terraces which are ideal for outdoor living. The main accommodation is on the upper level and is spacious and very comfortable. From the terrace a wide stone stair case lead up to the main house, double doors gives us access to the dining room area which is separated by a breakfast bar, the fitted kitchen is totally equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins sharing a full bathroom.
