| Set on the outskirds of Pollensa, this popular cottage is on the middle slopes of the Puig de Maria hill and within a stroll to the local shops, bars and restaurants of the historical town of Pollensa. It has spectacular views over the old town and the hills beyond. This cottage is simply and comfortable furnished in traditional style, ceramic tiles, beamed ceilings and white walls this cottage offers a large living/dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. Double patio doors lead out onto the front porch terrace. The large wood fitted kitchen has appliances including microwave, electric oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer, there is also an exterior back door that gives us access to the rear terrace where a shower room is located and also the utility area with the washing machine. The sleeping are comprises of three bedrooms, two twins and one double all with fitted wardrobes and air con units and share two full bathrooms. Outside, the garden is spacious and well cared with lawns, mature tress and shrubs. The roman style swimming pool is partially surrounded by the lawn area and the stone terraces which have plenty of comfortable sun beds.
