This pretty, rustic house is situated in the countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 5 km to each). With a pretty lawned garden bordered by hedges, large shaded veranda with BBQ and dining terrace, good sized swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.9m, with roman steps) with sun terraces, it is ideally suited to couples or families with children looking for a good value, comfortable villa in a peaceful and secluded position. The surrounding countryside is delightfully rural and there are views of the mountains all around. The beaches, bars, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are easily reached by car but many people enjoy walking down the pretty country lanes, especially in the cooler spring and autumn months.
